Casino Membership

Casino members are those who have obtained the 7Luck Membership card after completing registration form at one of the branches.

Those who wish to have the 7Luck Membership Card issued must not be of Koreans (excluding overseas emigrants identified by Article 2 of Emigration Law) and they must not be under 19 years of age. They must first agree to the terms of use and verify their identity.

Evaluation, cancellation, discontinuation and termination of member eligibility

7luck may terminate membership or suspend card usage without notice if any of the following articles applies to the member.

  • The member has practiced dishonest use intentionally or by serious negligence.
  • The member has shown dishonest practices in games.
  • The information on the application form is not true.
  • The member has practiced usury and other illegal activities.
  • The member has received more than 2 warnings for harming the environment of the casino with offensive speech and/or behavior.
  • The member has damaged casino property.
  • The member has violated the customer regulations set by 7luck.
  • If the customer has requested to withdraw membership in writing or on the Seven Luck mobile app.
  • The member has caused other damages to the business of 7luck.
Notification on changes
It is important that those who are not permitted to enter foreigner only casinos because of changes in the nationality status (including the overseas emigrants of Emigration Law Article
2) inform 7luck of this fact. In this case, the membership card issued by 7luck loses its validity automatically. The member shall be responsible for any loss and disadvantages resulting from not giving the notice.
