TEXAS HOLD’EM

Texas Hold’em is a game in which each Player combines two personal cards (Hole Cards) with five Community Cards revealed on the table to form a five-card poker hand, and the Player with the highest-ranking hand wins.

  • (1) The number of participants in the Game shall be between 2 and 9.
  • (2) When the Game begins, the Dealer shuffles the Cards and, according to the Dealing order, deals two Cards (Pocket Cards) face down to each Player, starting from the Deal Button.
  • (3) After the two Cards have been dealt, betting actions, including Raise, Fold, and Check, may be taken, starting from the Small Blind position.
  • (4) When all Raises are completed, the Dealer burns one Card and opens three Cards (Flop).
  • (5) Players who have seen the Flop shall place Bets according to the designated order.
  • (6) When all Raises are completed, the Dealer burns one Card and opens one Card (The Turn Card).
  • (7) Players who have seen the Turn Card shall place Bets according to the designated order.
  • (8) When all Raises are completed, the Dealer burns one Card and opens one Card (The River Card).
  • (9) After the River Card is opened, the final Raise is conducted.
  • (10) When all Raises are completed, Players open their Cards for comparison.
  • (11) The outcome is determined by the highest Value that can be formed from the Pocket Cards and the Community Cards.

Order of Cards

1) Rankings are determined using seven Cards.

2) The order of Cards is determined by suit and number.

3) The highest Card is ‘A’, followed by K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2.

Royal Straight Flush This applies when five Cards are all of the same suit and appear consecutively as (10, J, Q, K, A). High
Straight Flush This applies when five Cards have the same suit and consecutive numbers.
Four of kind This applies when four Cards have the same number.
Full House This applies when three Cards have the same number and there is One Pair.
Flush This applies when five Cards have the same suit regardless of number.
Straight This applies when five Cards appear in consecutive order regardless of suit.
Three of kind This applies when three Cards have the same number.
Two Pair This applies when there are two sets of One Pair.
One Pair This applies when two Cards have the same number.
High Card This applies when there are no Cards of the same number; superiority is determined by the order of the Cards, and if the numbers are identical, superiority is determined by suit. Low

The House may determine a prescribed Commission according to the Size of the Game.
